Shipping policy

Here's how we handle postage at Talk-Tee:

1. ✨ Order Processing

  • Orders are packed and processed within 2 business days, not including weekends or public holidays.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another when it's on the move.

  • During busy periods, allow a little extra time—we’re small but mighty.


2. 🇦🇺 Domestic Postage (Australia Only)

  • We currently ship within Australia only.

  • Delivery estimates begin once your order is dispatched, not at checkout.

  • Occasional delays may happen due to carrier disruptions or regional location.

Shipping Charges:

  • Calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.

3. 📬 Postage Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking usually becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch.

4. 📦 Missed or Delayed Deliveries

  • If your order hasn’t arrived within:

    • 10 business days 

5. 📝 Accurate Delivery Info

  • Please double-check your delivery address when ordering.

  • If your order is returned due to incorrect information, re-shipment costs will apply. We’ll contact you to arrange re-delivery.
